It has been sometime, I really
wished to weep, I really wished to let this enduring pain go, I have been
surviving my dear friend, I have been struggling my dear friend.
Reminisce the times I stood by you when no one was there? It was hard, I fought with the world and kept you in the safest hands; reminisce the time you stood in hunger and fear? It was starving but I managed to make you feel stuffed.From clothes to the food and wealth, with all my terrors and tears, I managed to make you smile, for the prolonged 16 years of us together; I managed to give you all I had.
I encounter you today, Like a great noble woman in front of me, someone I gave my life upon; to save your life and make you smile...I feel cozened by you my friend, your eyes were so dark that I could not see myself and struggles I made for you. I gave you all my heart, I believed in everything you said, I strained my credulity on you from the start, and everything went your way..
We had been friends for many years, with much laughter, fun and tears, we’d had good times, but that was past, a past that I don’t want to look back, I’ll let you learn the world, the truth and the things undefined for you yet.
You said a “Thank you” for what I have provided you, wow! That was my care, my love and my support to you my friend, You said you felt ashamed to call me a childhood best friend, I felt myself ripped inside, did you really mean it?!
Till today, I don’t know! Though it was vehement for me, there would be one day, a day when all the glories of life leaves you, you’d realize every time you felt cold, I was the one to give you my blanket and let you sleep with ease.
